I don't know any company that gives only an hour window for arrival time and then he arrived right in that window. He was quick and had the issue solved before the original end time of the arrival window. I thought I was going to have to wait around all day like I would for any other company and my day would be shot. Now I have to figure out what I'm going to do today. Very professional and I will only be using this company moving forward.
The BCA technician arrived promptly at my home to assess and provide a thorough analysis of what was going on with my 19 year old furnace that wouldn't turn on. Found a bad draft induction motor and gas valve. Mr. Ford followed up and provided me a detailed quote a few days later, one of 3 that I need to make an informed decision for repair or replacement options.
Franklin Ford has been to my recently purchased home here in VA a few times this year. He's professional, on-time, reasonably priced and heck...nice as can be. He's in my contact list as a preferred provider and I will use him for all my heating and cooling needs -- you should too!
